Kelly Williams and Loic Pritchett bring a combined 30 years of real estate knowledge to their deep client base in the DC Metro Area, which encompasses DC, Montgomery County MD and northern Virginia. After years of admiration and mutual respect for each other’s work ethic, they chose to join forces to create an incomparable work synergy. Kelly Williams
Kelly Williams has been a top-producing agent in the DC/MD market for 20 years, achieving the Washington, DC Association of Realtors’ Rookie of the Year award in 1991, his first year in the business. He has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide since this auspicious start.
Kelly has resided in Logan Circle, Capitol Hill and currently in Mount Pleasant.
He holds a B.F.A from Webster Conservatory in St. Louis where he was accepted into the advanced Theatre Arts program. Prior to his real estate career, he was fortunate enough to work as an entertainer over much of the U.S., and Europe. His philanthropic interests include Washington Animal Rescue League, Food and Friends, The Nature Conservancy and Rosemont Center.
Loic Pritchett
Loic Pritchett, a native Washingtonian, was born into real estate. With both parents practicing real estate, it was just a matter of time. A valuable member of the Pritchett-Williams team, Loic’s contributions to the success of this team are due to his personalized service approach, and extensive knowledge of his local market. Loic has built a strong base of clients who continue to refer him business because of his reputation for putting his clients’ best interest in mind. His goal is to create ‘customers for life’ and a business through referrals one client at a time. Loic attended the College of Wooster in Ohio. After graduation, Loic started his career in France working for a television production company focused on sporting events. In 2004 he worked as an editor of public policy with US Newswire at the National Press building. Loic was a founding member of ‘Just Cause’ – a philanthropy group which raised substantial funds for non-profits which benefit the local community. Other causes include Martha’s Table, Rosemont Center and Amnesty International. In his spare time he enjoys traveling abroad, the great outdoors and a good BBQ. Loic has resided in Chevy Chase, Shaw, U Street and currently lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and 2 children and zany dog Zorro.
