Home buyers are more apt to make offers on homes that show well. A clean orderly house is impressive and can influence a buyer.

 

Exterior
Curb appeal! Keep grass mowed, shrubs trimmed, add seasonal flowers

Remove outdoor furniture in disreapir, clean up decks and patios

Touch up exterior paint, replace torn screens, shione brass hardware on front door

Clean up after pets

 

Interior
Freshly paint any rooms as necessary, shamppo carpets, repair loose dorr knobs, faulty light switches, make sure appliances are in working order

Pick up toys, shoes and clutter, make beds, put laundry away

Place flower on the dinig table; set out a “coffee table” book

Turn off the television
